Every time a visitor submits a popup form, Cool Popup records it as a conversion. You can view, filter, and export all captured data directly from your dashboard at dash.coolpopup.com — no extra tools required.

Viewing conversion records

Open your dashboard

Go to dash.coolpopup.com and sign in.

Navigate to Campaigns

Select Campaigns from the sidebar.

Open a campaign

Click the name of the campaign whose submissions you want to review.

Open the Conversions tab

Select the Conversions tab. You’ll see a table of individual submissions, each with a timestamp, the page URL where the popup appeared, and the values submitted in each form field.

Filtering conversions

Use the filter controls above the conversions table to narrow down results:
  • Date range — show submissions from a specific start and end date.
  • Campaign — switch between campaigns without leaving the view.
  • Field value — search for a specific email address, name, or any other submitted value.
Combining filters lets you quickly locate a particular submission or segment your data before exporting.

Exporting data

Click Export CSV at the top of the Conversions tab to download all records currently visible in the table. The CSV includes every column shown — timestamp, page URL, and all form field values. Use this file to import contacts into your CRM, upload a list to your email platform, or archive records before they expire.

Conversion fields

The columns in your conversions table reflect the form fields you configured in the popup editor. Every form captures at minimum an email address. Depending on your setup, you may also see:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Custom fields you defined in the editor
If you need to add or remove fields, edit the form in the popup editor and republish the campaign.

Integration options

Instead of exporting manually, connect Cool Popup to your tools for automatic data flow:

Conversion records are retained for 90 days on Startup, 180 days on Professional, and 365 days on Majestic. Export your data before it expires if you need to keep it longer.
